Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely repackage your items in their original BATCH mailer.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
